Meeting Venue
The Courtyard at Penally Abbey Hotel is the perfect place to hold a meeting, conference or training day away from your office. Penally Abbey is situated just outside Tenby in Pembrokeshire, on the hillside overlooking Carmarthen Bay.
The Courtyard seats up to a maximum of 24 people depending on whether you prefer a meeting or theatre style room set up. It has its own over-spill area with a bar, separate loos and a private outdoor courtyard space which is all exclusively yours for the day.
Great Break-out Spaces
Those using the Courtyard for meetings can also make the most of the fantastic, beautiful facilities at Penally Abbey for break out, one on one meetings or small group discussions. The Hotel has a large drawing room with comfy sofas and armchairs, a bar area, a pretty restaurant, large gardens, a sea-facing terrace and sunroom. Views out to sea can be enjoyed from the majority of these spaces creating the perfect backdrop for your meetings.

Please note that these prices are until 5pm. If you would require the space until later in the day, please do let us know and we can get back to you with a customised price to meet your needs.
Terms and Conditions
To secure your reservation, we kindly request the full payment of the room hire fee at the time of booking. Please be aware that this fee is non-refundable if you cancel/reschedule within 7 days of your booking. Additionally, if you find it necessary to reduce the number of attendees, we kindly ask for a 24-hour notice from the time of your booking. Failure to provide this notice will result in an automatic charge for the full cost of the cancelled food options (please note that prices may change).
Please note that parking at the hotel car park is reserved exclusively for overnight guests. We recommend parking at the village green just below the hotel or at Penally train station.
